A couple of years back, I purchased the Sony BCG-34HE charger so that I had a road warrior rechargeable battery system that could go anywhere in the world with any electrical system. It came with two AA and two AAA 2500mAH batteries. A couple of weeks ago, I got a new laptop mouse that requires two AA batteries, so I wanted some additional batteries so that I always have fresh charged ones. These batteries are the best because they power things a lot longer than other rechargeables. The AAAs I use in my travel alarm clock and these batteries power that for about 9 months. A single AA powered my old laptop mouse for about a month of hard use. I'm getting about a month of hard use out of my new mouse.Customer Review: Try the, you'll like them

These are the second-best NiMH batteries I've ever bought. The best are unquestionably Powerex as their charge outlasts all others, but they are much more expensive! So, you can buy many more of these for an equal amount of money. I've been using NiMH batteries for over ten years and it's the only way to go! The first ones I bought are still in use and perform the same today as they did ten years ago. I charge-discharge all my AA and AAA NiMH batteries in the MAHA MH-C401FS made by Powerex. This charger keeps them in pristine shape. I've used these batteries in kids toys, digital cameras, remote controls, flashlights, etc. all around the world and they have never let me down.Customer Review: We use these for our Wii controllers and more

We mostly use these for Wii controllers. My son likes to play alot and we were going through batteries ALL the time. We bought these and they seem to last longer than the regular alkaline batteries (never had that happen with a rechargable before).
I also use them for ipod battery pack and my digital camera. We did buy two sets of the chargers/batteries and 2 extra sets of AA batteries. It seems like almost everything takes AAs and I always find myself looking for these orange batteries only to find they are already in use somewhere. So, I am back buying more of these batteries; it is nice to have an extra set ready when you need fresh ones.

I was first introduced to these batteries at Costco Wholesale club and bought them on a limb to try them out. For the price these batteries are by far the best rechargeable batteries I have ever used. I've owned Energizer, Duracell, etc. and granted those brands were good to they just couldn't hold up to the life span of the Sony batteries so I have to say that overall Sony's are much better. The only negative to these batteries is they do not quick charge so having two sets ready to go will allow to you never have down time when one is charging. (An estimated charge time for these batteries are as follows: AA = approx. 1 hour, AAA = approx. 30 minutes)Customer Review: Most reliable rechargables I've used.

I've used these batteries for many years and they're probably the longest lasting most reliable batteries I've ever used. These are great for cameras or other electronics that require heavy battery draw.
I travel a lot and use these exclusively in my digital camera. I have always found them very reliable and last a long time. I can get two to three full days (8 hours plus) of camera usage in one charge. They charge very quickly with Sony charger and the charger is very compact and easy to store.
If you are looking for a reliable battery that will not let you down these should be your choice.
