Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Sony 2500 mAh AA Rechargeable Nimh Batteries, 4-packCustomer Review: More Power, Captain! Summary: 5 Stars
Excellent batteries. On a recent hiking trip with my Canon S5 digital camera, I could typically go 2-3 days and take hundreds of pictures and videos before I had to change the batteries. Hiking trips are especially tough on batteries because I usually only take a couple pictures at a time, meaning I'm frequently powering the camera on/off, which drains the batteries even more as the lens barrel expands and contracts. These batteries outlasted regular non-rechargeables, hence they will pay for themselves in just a few uses.
Customer Review: Slow discharge rate! Summary: 5 Stars
The previous rechargables that I used for my camera would only work well if you charged them within the last 24 hours. If you left them in the camera for more than a week you might as well not even try using them.
These batteries, however, are great. I can leave them in my camera for weeks and still have a full charge. I imagine it could be longer, but I haven't tried it. I can get about 400 shots (1/4 using flash) out of my camera using these, even if they've been on the shelf for awhile.
Customer Review: Great product Summary: 5 Stars
Used it for about 6 months now - no problems, works great and as long as 2500 mAh should. One warning as it may concern some : they are 1.2V not a standard 1.5V so some devices might not like it (example: my Canon speedlite flash, Sony digital camera and all remote controls work perfect but my electric mouse trap would not start with them installed). They also come in a set with Sony charger (good one, can be used for both AA and AAA) so if you do not have one consider spendind about $10 more and get the set.
Customer Review: 11 months of constant use still going strong Summary: 5 Stars
I bought these batteries for my wireless computer mouse that was eating a ton of regular batteries. I charge them in my Duracell 15 minute charger and I've never actually recorded how long they last after a charge but I have had no issue with charge life. The mouse has a light that never completely goes out, and obviously the mouse gets used daily so the batteries are always working. They're about 11 months old as of writing this and going as strong as new so they were a great buy vs using regular batteries.
Customer Review: Excellent Batteries - True to their Stated Capacity Summary: 5 Stars
I've tested many different brands of rechargeable batteries, and have in total over 40 of them. These are the best so far.
As someone else already stated, they are relabeled Sanyo batteries - which is good!. Sanyo is one of the best batteries manufacturers there is.
When tested, every one of them is over 2300mAh. Consistent performance, long lasting, reliable, made in japan and cheaper than most of the other brands (which perform worse).
Highly recommended.
