I am very happy when using this Adapter. I am using it for my Sony ICD-MX20DR9 because it saves my batteries when synchronizing with my pc or when using it in home. This Adapter is not including my ICD-MX20DR9 box. It's folding plug blade save place sceptically when moving some where. Purchased for a Sony digital recorder. This unit replaces an earlier model (AC-E30HG). The primary difference is that the E30A has folding plug blades. This has positive polarity at the tip.
I use the AC adapter daily while recording webinars, phone conversations, and meetings. No more problems with weak batteries.

I use a digital recorder daily, with raising cost of everything, this product is an excellent money saver. It has a already paid for itself in the cost of batters, recordings esp at HQ drains batteries and dictation also drains even more.
Save money if you use a Sony Digital Recorder, get this product.

I use this AC Power Adaptor for my Sony tape recorder and it's a perfect fit. The price is right and I especially like the compact size that doesn't take up more than one space on the power strip. I was happy to find a Sony OEM at such a reasonable cost.
