I recently purchased the Sony A-200K DSLR and was in the marklet for a bag for holding my camera and an additional lens that I purchased with the camera.
While looking around I opted to go for this kit because it is a great value. For the price you get an extra battery pack (which I was going to buy anyways) and the bag. The battery pack itself is worth some 60 dollars and you would think that there is not much that can go wrong.
When I got the product, looking at the fit and finish of the bag was a little underwhelming.
The bag feels cheap and doesn't have enough accessories inside to plan the space for you equipment. Having said that there is enough room in the bag for all your accessories and an additional lens or a flash-lite.
[Since there are no accessories provided to create additional compartments, squeezing them both may damage your equipment]
Bottom line: Because of the battery pack, this kit is a great value; but if you are in the market for a decent camera bag then look elsewhere.

This bag fits my a500 with attached lens, three more lenses, Giottos Rocket Air Blower, memory cards, the included extra battery, and my battery charger. With all that kit I still have some space left in the middle that should comfortably fit a flash gun when I get one. Why not 5 stars? Because there is one measly divider included in the bag. It keeps the body and attached lens safe, but Sony would have me throw everything else in loose like toys in a toy box. I made my own dividers to make separate places for the other lenses, and this bag is great now that I have four compartments and not just two.
Making extra dividers that velcro in like the included one isn't too hard, but it shouldn't be necessary. Bags from Lowepro, Crumpler, etc. are always full of dividers. If you are not interested in a sewing project pay more and go with them instead. If you don't mind doing a little sewing to save some money, get this bag and go to town customizing it.

Don't know where Amazon got the "$126.71 list price, now $80.14 you save $46.57 (37%)".
Sony's own website lists this accessory kit at $99.99.
That aside, Amazon does ship free & I've never had a problem getting anything I ordered through Amazon or it's vendors. And $80.14 IS better than $99.99 + shipping. But look around on the internet. Prices on items like these are falling all the time.
One suggestion though, while that Sony logo camera case may look snazzy, it could make your camera look more attractive to thieves. I use a plain looking (yet roomy & protective) case that holds the extra's, without the appearance of carrying a diaper bag.
An extra battery for your Sony Alpha 300/350 is a must. If you're like me you bought it (in part) for live view and the tilting screen. So you want to use those features a lot but they drain the battery.
Anyways, go out there & take pictures!
