I had the unit for 18 days and purchased from Capital Electronics, the unit has stopped working and Capital said they will not help me because they only will doing something for the first 15 days of purchase. This sucks because it was a Christmas present and now we are out $250. It sucks because when I tried contracting Sony they said I have to deal with the purchaser for the first 30 days of purchase!!!!Customer Review: This unit never worked right.

From the beginning there were annoying delays in start-up and change. After a year the machine began to "freeze". Finally it stopped working altogether. I got the update disc from Sony to no avail.
