This baby just WORKS. I use with Insignia Bluethooth headphones (not carried by Amazon for some reason). Within a minute of opening the package, I had the transmitter plugged into my 5th gen iPod Video, paired, and rocking and rolling. The fidelity is very good, with no noticeable cut-out in my front, back, or jacket pockets. The effective range for me is at least 30 feet. After reading the reviews of my choices to use my Motorola wireless headset, I chose Sony and I didn't make a mistake. It was as simply as out of the package, plug into ipod nano, hold down Sony Transmitter button, done. I was out the door running in less then 30 seconds. The transmitter doesn't come out, I don't lose signal...in fact, I walked from my 2nd floor to the 1st floor and still didn't lose reception. The best investment I've made!Customer Review: works like a charm!

this item works perfectly with my ipod and my motorola s9 headset---in fact, i also have my att tilt2 paired to my headset, so i can listen to my ipod and take a call seamlessly---the phone overrides the music, and when my call is done, the music resumes.....
this is a great device for folks like me who love my ipod but really like going wireless---
music sound is crisp and clear and so far so good!!

Got this when I ordered my new iPod Touch. Great little gadget! Just plug it in and you're ready to go. Works great with my Kyocera bluetooth headset. It's a bit small so I have to be careful not to lose it when its not in use ... I keep it in my headphone pouch. Attached securely to the port on my iPod ... haven't had any trouble with it falling out or anything. I get great reception with it, too. Highly recommended.Customer Review: Perfect

This paired easily with my Moto S9 BT headphones, sounds great, and stays snugly on myiPod (unlike the Jabra adaptor I tried.)
The signal has no problem carrying from my messanger bag, and doesn't drop out much at all, except when there's alot of wireless chatter about.
The device is powered by the iPod, so no seperate power suppy.
It's simple, elegent, SMALL and just works!
