Customer Review: Hit or miss with SONY?

First I must say I am a big fan of SONY products. I buy everything SONY! That said I seem to have bad luck with sony cameras. I don't know if I some cameras are out there are simple defective,but this is the second camera that has similar problems. Picture quality is horrible. Pictures come out blurry, unfocused, orange glow faces if shot without flash in a bad lightining. Basically if it's not bright and sunny outside,forget about it! Pictures have too much noise and look grainy. I always compare my pictures to my old Nicon coolpix 3.1 mp, and so far my old camera produced much better pictures.
The only thing I am happy with is videos, they look pretty nice,but again, if it's indoors, forget about it!
Perhaps sony can contact me and look at my cameras for free?

I am very surprised that at my first purchase, i have been cheated by the sending company which have put SOME KIND OF WRONG battery charger in the pack.
How dare can they remove the original Sony Battery Charger and insert an unidentified kind of useless charger ?
Who is responsible for that?
I have paid my money to Amazon, and i want a clrarification from Amazon...
I have been in all photo shops and camera retailers in Austin,TX and almost everybody told me that this is commonly made by the senders.
A Battery Charger costs arond 59-60 usd in Austin.
Please advise what to do, should i return the whole set ?
I could not make the camera work yet, and i am walking around all the shops to get a help every week end.

I have had this sony camera for a year now and I was very dissapointed witht the quality. Picture mostly have an orange glow. Forget about the steady shot it sucks. If you are shaking one bit the picture is not clear. That also goes for the person in the shot if it is moving than you can forget it. If you want my advice buy a cannon. Probably the worst camera Sony ever made. Design and interface are great, but the most importnt item, picture quality is horrendous. For what is supposed to be a 10MP camera you would think be a first generation lower than 1 MP camera. Avoid this and check out another brand like Canon.Customer Review: Did not meet my expectation

The automatic setting for indoors shooting does not work at all. Most of the pictures come out grainy and blurry. Compare to this one my Kodak EasyShare C743 did much better job.
