The product that I ordered did not fit my camcorder but that was not their fault, Sony told me the wrong product to get, although I did send the item back after this company told me I was able to, which I did send it to the address that they provided me. After about two and a half weeks of no credit to my credit card, I E mailed them asking if they received the product back and why I was never refunded. I received no reply what so ever. I told them to e mail me back and I also left my phone number to contact me by, nothing. I finally got a hold of someone by calling them, again after repeated voice messages left. They are now saying they never received the product back and I would not be receiving any refund. Even though I have the receipt from the post office sending the product back. Now I am out the price of the product, two separate shipping and handling charges and I don't even have the product. Very un happy with this company and do not recommend them at all, Amazon should not sell their products, I have always liked using Amazon, now I am probably not going to use this site again either.Customer Review: Wrong Size

The tape did not fit my recorder. Somehow I did not notice in the ad that it was for a mini recorder. It must say so in the ad. I haven't gone back to look, but it is called mini. I just didn't put it all together. In view of this, I cannot rate this product I would just advise: read the ad carefully before ordering.
