I bought this for my 3 year old to use in the car for long trips mostly. We took a 11 hour drive the first week that we had it. I chose this one because it had the longest battery life without charging that I could find. It held up so well on our trip. The picture is wonderful, very crisp. Sound quality is great, with or without headphones. I would recommend this one for sure.Customer Review: The best!

I got this player a couple of months ago and it blew my last one away. The picture is wonderful, sound ok but I use phones, and I dropped the thing pretty good and it's very sturdy. Last week I was visiting my son who is out of work, his wife ill, and she had the worst little player to keep her entertained so I gave her mine. She is thrilled! Excellent sound, picture is very clear, colors are vibrant. I am very pleased with this Sony player. Swivel base is awesome, and love the pink color too! You can watch about 3 movies before you have to recharge. I wish they would have given it an option of watching while it is charging, but not. I like this more than a TV. I've only had the DVD payer a short time, but to date it's great. Bought it for my bathroom so I could enjoy movies as I take a long bath. No problems. And I like that I could take it in the road it I wanted to... haven't yet but I can see doing it. Bought this for my daughter for her to watch in the car. The pink color is very attractive and the device is robust and durable. Picture and sound quality are very, very good too. I also like that the battery last a long time. My wife wants to buy another one for her to watch in the car!
