This is an absolutely great player. I ordered it to use on long trips for my 2 year old. It performed incredibly well. Great sound, the best resolution I've seen on a portable. Size is perfect. However, it was misrepresented on the site. I need a region-free player to play international DVD's. It didn't do as advertised. So I had to return it. I also have to say, Amazon was amazing about taking it back and promptly giving me a refund. I wish I could have kept this player.
Great service from Amazon and a great product. Just not the right one for me.

I have bought this Sony DBP-FX930/R 9 inch Portable DVD player from amazon for my 2 years old son to watch cartoon during travel and at home.The product was shipped and sold by Video and Audio Center stroe front. I was initially reluctunt to buy products not directly sold by amazon.I have read the review about Video and Audio Center,their business presence and rating by other customers.I did lot of research before buying this product.The order was shipped and delivered on time.I'm very much satisfied with the product and whole ordering experience.Customer Review: I'm very happy with my purchase

I purchased this DVD player to use while I am working late at the office. The battery life is pretty true to the claim. The sound and picture quality are excellent. I didn't think I'd like or need having a remote control, but I do. When I get interrupted by someone coming in to my office, I simply press PAUSE. Not only do I not lose my place in the movie, but the person gets the hint that I am busy!
I'm looking forward to taking it on a plane trip with me.
I purchased the RED....it's really pretty.

I love this DVD player. We bought it to replace a cheaper one that broke within 1 month of buying it. It is really easy to use, and I love how the screen can fold back down on the player. It makes it a lot easier to mount on the seat. The only drawback to this player is there is no rewind button. On other players you can reverse the dvd chapter by chapter, this one you can't. Everything else about the player I love!Customer Review: Good value

The player shows a good quality picture, good sound. It takes a bit of learning to use it in order to get to the place you want to be on the DVD but is easy to use overall. One problem is that by the time I have it in a carrying case to protect it while traveling it is a bit heavy. I would recommend this product.
