This is a VERY well-thought out player! The accessories that come with it in themselves are well-made, and easy to use. The ability of the screen to swivel, show photos and the ability to play music as well are extra plusses, as is the car adaptor. you get everything you need (excpt maybe the DVD's!!)when you buy this package.
The screen is a GOOD 9 inches -- take it with you on your travels for high quality viewing.

This 9" DVD player has a very nice display and all the standard features. Remote works well. Controls on unit are touch sensitive and work pretty well, though the touch slider has unpredictable sensitivity. Only objections are 1)the eject button is right where one grabs the unit to move it and will open the cover when you don't want to; 2)Battery life is not as long as claimed (more like four than seven hours?)Customer Review: Sony has always a good quality and a good design

We received this item relatively fast, coming from the East and even when the box was a bit smashed, the DVD was well protected. The DVD player has excellent quality, not to heavy and very easy to use. Color, picture and sound are very good. You can turn the screen into different positions and the battery is not a problem, that could be working for hours. I am very please with this item. This unit has been very favorably reviewed by comparative review sites. The picture is excellent. The stereo sound through the built-in loudspeakers not bad at all and through the headphone jacks is excellent. Battery life is exceptional, and the styling typical Sony. If you want a quality personal DVD player you should find this unit very satisfactory. It costs a bit more; it delivers quite a bit more.Customer Review: Grammy

I received the DVD player sooner than I expected. It was to be used in my car to keep my grandchildren occupied on long trips. So far, it's been working great. I decided to buy just one with the 9" screen so both of them could watch the movie. I've purchased other players that have two screens, but after a year or so, they don't work. I was tired of putting money into those duo dvd players.
