Nobody has said anything about the great picture this player produces. I hooked it up to a new Toshiba 37" Regza hdtv and it gives an excellent progressive scan (480p) image. Not sure about "up-conversion" and still on the fence regarding hi-def dvd players, but this little box is unbeatable for the price if you want a terrific 480p image. great product, I have had nothing but bad luck with dvd players for years. This one however is awesome, no skips, doesn't overheat, has a screan saver function, is easy to use and the price is great for a namebrand product. Highly recommend this player for anyone who just wants to sit and watch some movies with no hassles.Customer Review: So far, so good.

I haven't had this DVD player for very long, but it works perfectly. Very reasonable price. I appreciate the fact that the manufacturer included RCAs with the player. No problems yet. If I do have any problems, I'll change my review.Customer Review: Does what it should

The Sony DVD player is great. It performs flawlessly, simple to use and does not freeze on some DVDs as my old one did (also a sony). The price is right-can't see where you can go wrong if you want a straight forward player.

We love this dvd player. The picture is great and it's simple to use. I also like the way it looks. The previous reviews were helpful to me in order to make a great buy. I am please with the price as well as the product.
