Customer Review: Did not work-had to return-utter frustration

Don't think this was Sonys' fault. They have great products, but this camera was broken on arrival-auto focus didn't work. Also, and most annoying, it was clear that the box had been opened and tampered with prior to shipping. This one is on Amazon. Return was a hassle, won't use Amazon again.
