Exactly what I wanted! Battery backup to set the time. Excellent FM reception (wake up to NPR). Easy to see. Simple controls. Great price! Odered on Saturday - arrived Monday (free shipping)! I like this clock; all the controls are very intuitive, and it seems very well designed. I only wish it had red LEDs instead of green, so it wasn't quite as bright at night, but I couldn't find anything in red. This little bedside wonder delivers everything that I want in a clock radio. It is easy to set; the automatic time set is adjusted for the latest dates that the government has set for the start and end of daylight-savings time; the radio works well; it's really inexpensive. I have purchased 4 already for each of my boys and my neighbor. We love the battery back-up so when electric goes out the time comes back on to the exact time and the alarm has stayed in place, what a blessing not resetting these clocks. This worked right out of the box. The time was correct...checked it against my cell phone. Simple and easy to use in a compact size. And inexpensive. My only complaint is that I wish the alarm were louder. Otherwise, great product and it looks good too! You can't go wrong for the price.
