Customer Review: Probably the best alarm clock I've owned, well designed.

This one of the best alarm clocks I have owned from a design standpoint. One of the best things I like about it is that you can reach over and hit the snooze button, without accidently hitting some other button and changing the time, or turning off the alarm completely. It is very easy to set the alarm and time and all of the controls are very intuitive and easy to use. The display is a nice size and brightness good. It also has a nice form factor, not too big, taking up space on the nightstand, but big enought that the controls are easy to use and display readible from a distance.
Calling it "automatic time set" is a little misleading. It does not set itself automatically via radio waves like some other clocks and watches do. What this means is that they pre-set the time at the factory. In theory, all you have to do is set it to your time zone and DST (if needed). However, mine arrived with the time a few minutes off so I had to set the time anyway, plus set the time zone. The "automatic time set" feature did not really save me any time, in fact it probably took me a little longer to set this up than if the clock had not been pre-set because I had to go through the added step of setting the time zone.
The radio works OK.. Not much to say about that. Reception and sound quality is adequate for a clock radio.
It has remained accurate and the time has not drifted appreciably (more than a minute) over several months.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this clock and can recommend it.
