The time fluctuations noted by many reviewers of this product is cited in the product manual. In the manual it states, "After a power interruption, the displayed time may not be always correct (it may gain or lose about 10 minutes per hour)." The best AM/FM clock radio I've ever had. Why? - LARGE green number display with variable brightness control and compact design. These were my three top requirements for purchasing. Also is very stylish, with easy to use controls (has High/Low alarm volumes). Radio has exceptional tone quality. Great price too. Used for about one month. Display is easy to read with easy and large adjustment range from dim to bright. Easy to set. Decent button placement. Average AM radio. Relatively compact and stable design for the display size. We use as first alarm radio, second alarm buzzer. Really great product - love the large time display! Alarm even on low setting is loud enough. Is a nice size for the nightstand, not too big and looks good. Only one minor thing I find a bit annoying the radio button is next to the alarm off button and I find in the dark that instead of turning the alarm buzzer off I turn the radio on.Customer Review: Solid Clock

There is nothing here but clear numbers, a decent radio and an easy to use set of alarms. The design is simple, and it doesn't look "junky" on the nightstand like many other clock radios do. The only downside - the external antenna cord that seems to always float around behind the radio. Otherwise this is a good buy for under $20.
