Glad I received the product for free, and the company that gave it said it was valued at $132. The sound quality is TERRIBLE! Bass...there is none! A major flop by Sony. I chose this product to use in the kitchen while cooking and washing dishes. The sound for a small kitchen in an apartment is awful. If you are getting it for a toddler, they 'may' be happy with it. If you are seeking a quality sound...keep searching! If you use it primarily as an alarm clock and the music will play only long enough to wake you and for you to hit the snooze button then this may be the product for you.Customer Review: Buzz Buzz , no dream from this machine

If you intend to use this with your iphone, forget it! This unit produces random buzzing throughout the night. Support has been useless and there is no solution for this issue. This clearly is an engineering flaw because there is inadequate shielding around the speaker and amp. I would have thought Sony would have tested this unit before shipping it..Customer Review: Amazing concept but..

I have older generation of same radio, i love it, so I bought another one for my father. Bass response on this one is terrible, I exchanged but still same problem so I returned and bought another old generation one. That one is great. Highly recommended (unless u need bigger system). Within 15 months, the display just stopped working, so the time and most other functionality also stopped working. Sent the unit to repair center and they couldn't fix. Fortunately I had a insurance contract, so I'm getting my money back.
