I purchased this product from EEK Technology and it was the wrong product. When I tried to echange the product for the correct one, EEK said that they couldn't help me and said that I needed to go to the manufacturer (Sony). I have made countless phonecalls to Sony, and numerous emails to both Sony and EEK Technology, and both refused to help me get the correct product. I am still with the wrong product and no help from either company.
