My first pair of Sony headphones were these, which came with my Walkman CD player. They were originally used for CDs, but I ended up making a career change and became a medical transcriptionist, which I have done for the last six years (love it!). These headphones are small (I hang them on my computer monitor when not using them), light and comfortable even while wearing glasses, and the sound quality is excellent when you're tying to pick medical terms out of a doctor who's speaking at 100 mph or he's shuffling papers on his desk. I also love the fact that despite they are so lightweight, they do block out enough background noise that I can continue working without having to stop and wait for the doctors to finish their conversation, which for some reason always happens right next to my desk. I love these headphones and will keep buying them. I hope Sony makes them forever.Customer Review: Very well made and Stylish.

Ive been through alot of headphones and this si my second pair of ehind the neck headphones. First i must say these look fabulous! They are stylish and dont look goofy with that thing on your head. The sound is superior to any headphones i have used and it fits snug. I must say the design is somewhat odd. its got this rubber flap that keeps it into your ear, maybe this is so it doesnt fall but my old hehind the neck ones didnt have that and they were fine. So it can be a little uncumfortable. But you forget you are wearing them normaly. These also come with the gold plate which improves quality which is a plus. Other than the flap i cant find anything wrong with these they are styling with excelent sound. Also they never fall off or lose place cuz i run alot with these on and they have reflectors for safety too! The perfecrt headphones.Customer Review: The best

I've owned a pair of Sony's similar to these (they keep changing the model number) for the past 8 years. My last pair broke because I dropped the one side directly on concrete and that earpiece stopped working (owned them for 3 years, were still sounding great before that). I bought the sennheiser mx85 sport headphones. They sound like garbage. I don't really use earbuds, so maybe all earbuds sound like that. I feel bad for all you pour souls using earbuds if that is the case. The sound quality, comfort and durablity on the the sony's are the best. If you're serious about music and working out, the sony's are the best pair of headphones for you. especially considering the price. If you listen to a lot of the pop music today, you might as well just buy a pair of headphones at the dollar store (just felt like throwing that in there).Customer Review: I got tired of messing around with ear buds and bought these.

I have several sets of earbuds and I got really annoyed with constantly having to reposition them while I was on my treadmill, so I went back to the "old school" headphones. What a deal!
They sound great. Getting a significant difference in the aural experience would likely cost several times as much money, and when you're on a treadmill listening to a movie it doesn't matter so much. However, what does matter is that they fit snug and are still comfortable enough to wear for a couple of hours, and that does matter when you're on a treadmill or working out some other way.
So, now I can exercise and watch my movies when the rest of the family is asleep and not even think about how the sound is getting to me. Great job Sony!!

I live a very active lifestyle lots of running and cycling. I have tried loads
of ear buds only to be driven to complete frustration. If the ear buds aren't popping out of my ears they are constantly shifting effecting the sound during activities or the ear bud cord is too short to use during a workout. This constant battle to just hear some music while I workout was all
resolved once I purchased the Sony Sport Street Style. I wipe the earphones down after workouts just to keep things clean.
Reasonable in price and durable in use these headphones fit well and the sound is great. I purchased my headphones for $22.00 shipping included and consider that some of the best money I have ever spent.
