Customer Review: Great set of ear buds

This is my first set of noise cancelling ear buds. My dad has a pair of Bose and I have used the Bose in business class with United. Those are great but I already carry to much on plane trips and adding one more big bulky item was just to much. Plus there are times I could not use these, where the ear buds I can always get in my ears. I did not go back and forth to see how these compared to the Bose, nor do I have any other noise cancelling ear buds to compare them to. Someone else wrote a review and said he only got 4 hrs from the battery. I have no idea what type of battery he was using but I used a normal duracel and it lasted about 20 hours before I had to replace it.
The many different choices of ear tips they give you is nice so you can find the pair that is just right for your ear canal. the on/off button is nice because there is also a "lock". So you can lock it on/off. Which is great for me because I usually wear out batteries after craming to much in my pockets or my backpack and they accidentally get turned on. It automatically seletcs when type of noise reduction would be best for you. another reviewer said this kept changing on him during the flight and he noticed it. I have seen it change depending on where I was and the background noise, but never noticed it while I had them on nor did it interupt my listening. One thing I dont' really like is the length of the cord. Most of the time it is just annoyingly long.
So far I would recommend them, but again this is the only set I have actually owned. Good Luck with your decision.
