These earphones are great. The sound is not too bass-laden and you achieve great sounds while being able to hear outside noises. I have no problem keeping them on my ears, and the reason why the cord that leads from one earphone to another then to whatever unit you're using them with is so long is because I believe Sony meant for us to have the option to run the cord behind our necks, so that it's not hanging under one's chin. Forget the naysayers, these earphones are just the right fit for my lifestyle.Customer Review: Best Ones I Have Ever Owned

I have owned a lot of these kinds of headphones but I gave these ones a try on a whim and two years later they sound and feel as good as they did when I bought them. The sound is great and the way the feel on your ears is amazing. They are also very durable, I have dropped them yanked on them crushed them and they continue to keep on playing and for once the ear foam doesn't rip off from every day use. Overall these are some of the best I have ever found and if they ever did break I would buy them again.Customer Review: These are my favorites

I have bought these headphones for the last few years. They don't have the noisy cord feedback that I got from my Sennheiser that I bought on a whim. I'll never make that mistake again. I'll just stick with what I know. They are great (and comfortable) for work since I have to help answer the phones so I usually only wear one side. The only reason I had to have them replaced was because the cushion fell apart from usage, but even then I still used them until I could find them again.Customer Review: As Good As I Thought They Would Be...

These headphones are exactly what I was expecting they would be when I ordered them...my daughter has the same pair for her iPod and when I mentioned that I needed a better pair than the ones that came with mine, she suggested these to me.
I have used them nonstop since they arrived ~ love the blue earpiece, lol ~ and they are perfect!
I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a good pair; the interchangeable earpieces are an added perk! just for fun...

After trying many pairs of headphones, these have been by far the best. I enjoy using these while falling asleep at night. They're super comfortable. I never feel like they're pinching or squishing my ears, yet they stay on nicely. They're very durable. I've broken a few similar designed headphones, but these have held up nicely.
They are not noise-cancelling, but that's what I wanted, since I still want to be able to hear other noises.
