This was a gift to my niece. She absolute loves it. Its compact size fits precisely into her shelving unit. She says the sound is great, and the am/fm reception is more than adequate. I purchased this product because Sony is known for quality products, and the price was very reasonable. I was blown away with the sound quality for such an inexpensive CD player!!!! Purchased as a group gift for my elderly aunts who just love to listen to the radio and enjoy listening to some of the old CD's my siblings have burned for them. Fits nicely in their apartment on top of a small cabinet - gives very nice sound and the remote works great.Customer Review: super system

Just received my sony stereo system and am immensely pleased with it. The other customer reviews were very helpful in making the decision to buy this stereo. The sound quality is fantastic for a system of this size and price. Now I need to expand my music library.
