about 1 year ago I purchased a sony blue ray videoplayer. I have had very good results with it. however their were a few bd titles that would not play on this player properly. first thing I figured that the dvd was defective and returned them to the places I purchased them from and received my money back. after that,I decided to contact the sony customer service dept and explained the circumstances. they were most helpful with their assistance. they have forwarded dvd discs with my model firmware updates for my player. after installing these updates,I still had 1 dvd that i have purchased from amazon that would not play properly. instead of returning it to amazon who were most gracious to accept it back, I decided to invest a small amount of dollars and order this particular flash drive as also recommended by sony to alleviate my problems of certain bd titles that would not play. I ordered this specific item from amazon, because the price was right, it was not available in my area and I know amazon delivers. I received it in excellent condition and in a short period of time.the day I received it I anxiously installed it in my player which was a snap.also installed the so called defective video in my player and it started to, and finished perfectly. i am very pleased.
