This monitor is terrific. I can hear my son breathing thru it. We have a large home and his bedroom is the very last one upstairs. We only use it during daytime naps since he co-sleeps with us, but it has been a great peace of mind being able to hear every sound as he naps upstairs.

This is a great monitor! I can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in my babies room. Even when my 7year old goes into check on her twin sisters after I told her to stay out of their room!I also took it outside and it worked GREAT! You can have it on or put it on the voice act. We just upgraded from a freebie monitor we got with another order. Holy cow were we surprised. This monitor keeps absolutely quiet until there is a wisper in the nursery. This monitor seems very powerful. We have used it with the baby in the second floor while working outside and I could hear him breathing. We started out with a Fischer Price monitor which didn't even work in our ranch home. We purchased this monitor and it works beautifully, even in our basement. I love the "voice only" feature too, if we don't want to hear constant background noise. Great purchase!
