Summary: 1 Stars Also purchased in August 2008 via a different retailer, but the problem of FREEZING while watching a DVD must be a design FLAW since it did the same thing on my player. Unfortunately, I did not save my receipt and am stuck with this in-operable DVD player. Shame really, usually you can rely on "Sony" but not this time. Buyer Beware.

What the French? Toast! It's a better doorstop than player - forget the recording business - ain't gonna happen.
Can't get it off playing but I guess that's better than paying that much money for a doorstop I don't even need.
