These sony batteries work as you would expect out of any average rechargeable. Nothing special about them so far out of about 20 cycles I've gone through. I've notice they don't hold the charge for a long time so use the batteries right after charging. Having them sit around unused after a fresh charge for about 2 weeks made them last for only 70% of the normal time.
If you are looking for a higher performing rechargeable battery that has a longer shelf life, look into the eneloops from sanyo.

Cuando compre era la mejor bateria aaa que había al mejor precio. La calidad y duración son excelentes. Recomiendo únicamente la compra de ésta o de la energizer, son las mejores. No desperdicien su dinero en otras marcar. Por ultimo quiero dejar en claro que le he puesto cuatro estrellas y no cinco porque una semana después de haber comprado encontre (no en amazon) que ya existe la de 1000 mA que no había acá. u get 4 in this pack than the slightly cheaper 2 pack. and theyre the 900 mah than the standard 800. be aware how many AAA batteries your charger will charge at once. my charger can charge 4 AAs, but only 2 AAAs at the same time. no matter. these batteries work great and are a great price.Customer Review: Good product

I bought these batteries to replace the 630mAh batteries I had in my home phones. The Original batteries would be me 20 min of talk time. These batteries allowed me to use the phone for 2hr straight and still have 1/4 battery left!
