We now own about 20 (each) of these Sony batteries in both AAA and AA. I love them! When they die I just pop them in the charger and in a few hours they are good as new. I have a 5 year old son who has tons of battery operated toys... these batteries have saved us a small fortune! Awesome performance!!!
I previously had alkaline batteries that died in my camera even before I had managed to take 20 digital pictures at 2MB each. With a pair of these NiMH batteries, I have now taken more than 80 pictures and it is still not discharged. Charging the batteries took 15mins flat with accompanying Sony charger.

I had been using Energizer rechargeable batteries, and was having problems with them not keeping their charge. I bought the Sony batteries and charger and have had a great experience. I charged the batteries as specified in the instructions, and put two of them into use. They are working fine, and I don't know how long the service life may be, as they have not yet required recharging.
I plan to buy more of the same batteries as my need dictates.
