I can't keep any sort of earbuds in my ears and longed for the days of my old Sony Walkman headphones. After reading a lot of favorable reviews of these headphones I figured, why not? Especially given the low price. Well, they're everything the other reviewers said they'd be--great sounding, lightweight, comfortable, and they stay in my ears! They don't block a lot of ambient sound, but for me that's a good thing, as I use them primarily when walking my dog, and I need to be able to hear the traffic around me. Some reviewers complained that they don't last very long. I've only had mine a month or so, so I can't comment about their long-term durability. So far they're still fine. For the low price, I bought three pairs, figuring if they did break soon, I'd have backups. I am so glad I didn't spend big bucks on anything else. I run 1200+ miles per year and these are the best headphones for me and my MP3 player. I have been wearing these for at least the past 10 years. Besides daily running, I also wear these on my daily 20 minute walk to work and back and when doing chores (cleaning, gardening, cooking) on the weekends. I wear these on average for about 15-20 hours per week. Yes, I have to replace them about every 6 months but that's not due to any defect of the product, it's due to wear & tear & sweat. Alas these are not wireless and the cord often gets accidentally caught or hung up on something and all those "pulls" add up and stress the cord which eventually breaks down. I'm thankful the price is relatively cheap so that I can replace them easily. Today I found these available as a 6-pack at an even cheaper price so that's what I'm going to order.Customer Review: Better Than iPod Head Phones!

Ok, so if you are like me and can't stand those miserable ipod head phones that come with your ipod, then these sony's are for you. The sound quality is awsome. The best thing about them is that they don't pop out of your ears at random (the way the white ipod ones do, and you know what I'm talking about). The fact that they go over the head makes them perfect for outdoor walks, runs or dog walking. I got 3 sets i liked them so much, and at the cost they are excellent. The sound quality is fantastic and the weight of the headset is really light. Remember your first sony sports walkman in the 80's that came with simillar headphones, well, these are so much lighter and allow for "surround sound like quality". You won't be sorry you got these, they get along great with my ipod and my iphone. Don't delay, get your's now .Customer Review: BEST EARPHONES!

Best 8 bucks ive ever spent! Much better than any other earbud ive used, and light yrs ahead of the cheapos that come with your ipod. I mostly use em at the gym or walking my little pain in the a$$ dog..whereas most earbuds wont stay in and continuously fall out these babies stay in...everytime! Theyre light, comfortable and most importantly they stay in your ears...you wont even know theyre there...they look cool too as theyre very modern and unobtrusive...Cons- they are thin and lightweight so not sure how long theyll last...they could use a little more bass though the sound is amazing...and the cord is a bit short, which isnt too much of a prob as I usually just stick the excess in my shirt anyhow...for 8 bucks these are a no brainer...did I mention theyre sony too? buy em! highly reccomended!Customer Review: Great sound, Great Quality - last pair lasted 10 years!

I love these ear phones! I can't say enough good stuff about them. The last pair I bought was 10 years ago and I took them with me everywhere, travelling, in my hand bag, on the train, plane, you name it.
They are just AWESOME for physical exercise. Some earphones pull out of your ears when you run with them, these ones don't budge. They're just great, and the quality is awesome. The price is fantastic. A comparable pair cost 10 times more! I purchased 3 of these as they no longer offer them in my country so shipped them all the way home. Can definitely recommend these if you want to do physical exercise or just wear them with you when travelling or at work. Really durable and great quality - super light and flexible too . Thank you Sony!
