Well I enjoyed having this product and it was a great help for an outdoor trip I took. I was only disappointed when I could not zoom in very far away object though but nevertheless it was and still is a good product. The answer is that I cannot tell an appreciable difference in proximity. In addition, you need an adapter to use it and this has to be bought separately. I would not buy it if you expect to get much closer to the subject.Customer Review: Bad Lens

I bought this lens for my P10 Camera. All pictures I made with it are blurry. Autofocus does not work with this lens. Do not buy this piece of junk!
